Any other information you choose to provide us, including but not limited to, information to update your account and profile, fill out forms, provide feedback to surveys, write articles on Company Systems, or use any features of Company Systems.

If you are outside of the United States, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, A2techschool may obtain reports of the respective criminal background or registered sex offender checks. To obtain such reports as stated herein, we may use your information, such as your full name and date of birth.

Retention

Your data is retained with A2techschool as long as you have an active account on the Company Systems. You can delete all of your Personal Data from our systems from your account profile page. Residual data may be saved in certain logs and purged within a year after deleting your data. Once your data is deleted, you will no longer have an account with A2techschool.

Passive Data Collection

A2techschool may automatically collect data about you when using any of our products through methods like cookies and other tracking technologies. Information automatically collected includes cookies, page views, geolocation data, IP addresses, browser and operating system type, Internet Service Provider, files viewed and downloaded from our websites, referral and exit pages, and clickstream data. Reorganization Events: In any instance of A2techschool undergoing reorganization, merger, acquisition, insolvency, or bankruptcy, A2techschool may sell, transfer, or share some or all of our assets, including your information, subject to notifying you about the transfer of your information.

A2techschool does not give any representation regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or reliability of any external websites or any of the content or materials contained in them. You explicitly agree you are 18 years of age or older unless represented by a parent or legal guardian. If you are not of the requisite age, you must not provide any information to A2techschool directly or by way of usage of the Company Systems. If A2techschool determines that it possesses information belonging to an individual below 18 years of age submitted, collected, or generated in breach of the terms of this Policy, it will delete the same without any notice to the individual.
